Depending on your destination, purpose of travel, and group size, we provide private chauffeur-driven vehicles, including sedans, minibuses, and SUVs, ensuring safe and comfortable transportation. All vehicles are owned and managed by our company and undergo regular inspections and maintenance.

Usage Guidelines (Excerpt)

The rates include the vehicle hire fee, value-added tax (VAT), the driver, and the driver's accommodation costs when an overnight stay is required.
The rates do not include fuel, parking fees, entrance fees, ferry charges, or other similar expenses.
If you prefer not to refuel the vehicle yourself, please inform us in advance of the area in which the vehicle will be used and the expected travel distance. We will estimate the fuel cost in advance and charge it as an additional expense.
The driver's working hours are from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Please arrange the driver's lunch break directly with the driver.
Overtime work outside the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm will be charged at US$2 per hour.

Long-Term Vehicle Leasing

Our long-term vehicle leasing service offers customers who require a vehicle for six months or longer the opportunity to rent a vehicle at a competitive monthly rate.

Benefits of Our Long-Term Leasing Service

When staying in Uganda for an extended period, continuing to rent a vehicle can become costly. Purchasing and owning a vehicle personally or through your company is one option. However, compared with owning your own vehicle, our long-term leasing service offers the following advantages.

Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Costs

Our fees include regular oil changes, replacement of consumable items such as batteries and tyres, and repairs resulting from normal vehicle use and age-related wear and tear. This helps you avoid unexpected and unforeseen expenses.

Vehicle Management

We take care of all vehicle management, including regular inspections and repairs. This eliminates the need to handle vehicle maintenance, allocate staff to manage the vehicle, purchase spare parts, or negotiate with repair workshops.

Driver Employment

We provide drivers who are recruited and employed by our company. This eliminates the need to recruit drivers, provide post-employment training, or manage employment-related matters.

Legal Procedures

In the event of an accident or other incident, we handle the necessary procedures with the police and courts in our capacity as the vehicle owner and the driver's employer, and we cover the associated costs. This helps you avoid the administrative burden of handling accident-related procedures and the expenses involved.

Terms and Conditions (Excerpt)

The fees include:
Vehicle leasing costs, maintenance and servicing, vehicle tracking system, vehicle insurance, and applicable vehicle-related taxes and duties.
The fees do not include:
Value Added Tax (VAT), driver's fee, fuel, and parking fees.
Payment Terms:
Payment for the first 1–6 months is required at least one month before the commencement date. Payments for the seventh month onward are due every three months.
Additional Charges:
Additional charges may apply depending on the area of operation and the purpose for which the vehicle is used.
Cancellation Fees:
A cancellation fee of 100% applies to the fees for the first 1–6 months, and 75% applies to the fees for the seventh month onward.
Driver's Monthly Salary:
For assignments based in Kampala, the driver's monthly salary is USD 250, inclusive of employment-related taxes and social security contributions.
Allowances:
Allowances for transportation, accommodation, and other related expenses may apply depending on the area of operation and working hours.
